Dr. Frances Carter is a charming senior living in Birmingham who worked as a riveter for the US during World War 2. She founded the American Rosie the Riveter Association, now with over 6,000 members nationwide. Their goal is to preserve and honor this powerful part of America’s history. Co-creators Tamika Moore, Catherine May, and Sydney Batten.
